  1. Free Cancellation (Within 30 Minutes):

    • If you cancel a booking within 30 minutes of placing it, no charges will apply.

  2. Same-Day Service Cancellation:

    • If you cancel the service after the technician/professional has been assigned, a minimum visiting charge may apply.

  3. Last-Minute Cancellation:

    • If our professional has already reached your location, the full visiting charge will be applicable.

  4. Rescheduling Option:

    • Instead of canceling, you can reschedule your service once for free (up to 12 hours before the scheduled time).

  5. Service Provider Delay / Unavailability:

    • If we are unable to provide the service at the confirmed time due to unforeseen reasons, you will receive a full refund (if any advance payment is made) or a reschedule option at your convenience.

  6. Refund Timeline:

    • Any approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
